Anggun Lyrics Project

Here are the lyrics for  Anggun's song Crazy, from the Elevation album, which was released as a single. There is also an Indonesian version called Jadi Millikmu and a French version, Si tu l'avoues. Someone has done a translation for Jadi Milikmu and she's singing totally different things in the verses but the chorus is in English. I got these lyrics from a lyrics site originally, made corrections and also looked at the version on AZ Lyrics more recently. Crazy Verse 1 I’m a big girl I don’t live, In a fairy tale as I can tell I’ve been deceived and I’ve grieved Sadly too many times before This beating heart wants to give, Without certainty, without a plan B.. Never before I believed Till there was you, love's just an idea Bridge (?) Don’t you know that I've been waiting for? (Waiting for no one but you) Don’t you know I've never been so sure? (Never been.. never been so sure) (Know that it's true..) Chorus   You know that it&

My Top 10 Films

I've done posts of my fave vampire and horror films, so now here are my Top 10 favourite films altogether. :) Please note that posts contain spoilers! All clips are trailers unless otherwise stated. 1. Fright Night (1985)   The story of a teenage boy called Charley (played by William Ragsdale ) who discovers that his next door neighbour Jerry Dandridge ( Chris Sarandon ) is a vampire! His girlfriend Amy and best friend "Evil" Ed don't believe him and they ask former horror actor turned Fright Night show host Peter Vincent ("The Great Vampire Killer") to help them prove to Charley that Jerry is human.  Things don't go quite according to plan when Peter (played by Roddy McDowall ) finds out that Charley is telling the truth. Also Jerry has taken a fancy to Amy who looks very much like a woman he used to know. Can Charley convince Peter to help him defeat Jerry before it's too late?

Today's video is by P-Square . They're a Nigerian hip hop/R'n'B and dancehall duo made up of identical twins Peter and Paul Okoye. The brothers formed a dance group at school and went on to form an acapella group named MMPP with two other friends (I would presume the name stood for their initials Michael, Melvin, Peter and Paul!). When the group broke up Peter and Paul became P-Square. They released their debut album Last Nite in 2003. Here is E No Easy featuring J.Martins, which is from their fourth album Danger.                                         For more on P-Square, visit these links: Official site Official YouTube

Anggun Lyrics Project

Continuing the lyrics project for Indonesian singer Anggun's Elevation album, here are the lyrics for Seize t he m oment. It samples another piece of music called Merry Christmas Mr Lawrence, which was composed by Japanese musician, record producer and actor Ryuichi Sakamoto , for the 1983 film of the same name. The music has also been remixed and sampled by others, including dance group Watergate for their song Heart of Asia (2000) and Japanese American singer Utada Hikaru for her song Merry Christmas Mr Lawrence-FYI (2009).  People have also commented that the music in Seize t he m oment is similar to Justin Timberlake's My Love. Anggun also has a French version of this called Hymne a la vie (Life anthem/Hymn of life) and an Indonesian version called Sebelum berhenti. These are the lyrics for the English version which, I partly got from a YouTube video and partly did myself .   Update 22/11/13: The video to the English version has now been made private, so you can no
